Shipping Area

DAFONSO currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Free U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping is free for all eligible U.S. orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Estimated Delivery

Orders are shipped from within the United States. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days. Express shipping, where available at checkout, is $15 with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, remote destinations, and high-volume periods may cause delays.

Order Processing and Tracking

After your order is processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins. Customers may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and work with you and the carrier toward an appropriate resolution. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, please first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.
